Dispatch
TicketsSupport tickets and operational tasks with triage, priority, assignment, and a per-client SLA engine that tracks business-hours-aware deadlines across time zones — with client-visible comments kept separate from internal notes.
The MSP operating platform
Automatica brings ticketing, time tracking, client onboarding, and relationship management into a single modular system — keeping all your clients in one place, under your own brand, with every piece of work recorded, billable, and auditable.
How it works
Work enters Automatica either as a support request or a lifecycle event. Both converge in Track, the execution and evidence layer, so nothing is done without being recorded.
Tickets are triaged, prioritised, and assigned in Dispatch, then executed and timed in Track. Dispatch defines what needs doing; Track records what was done, by whom, and for how long.
Onboarding and offboarding requests are structured in Embark, executed in Track, and their completion projected back to Embark, leaving a clear compliance trail with evidence attached.
The platform
Each module owns one question and answers it well. Enable what you need; every module shares the same identity and security foundation.
Support tickets and operational tasks with triage, priority, assignment, and a per-client SLA engine that tracks business-hours-aware deadlines across time zones — with client-visible comments kept separate from internal notes.
Time entries with billable and non-billable classification, per-client billing rates, live timers, and aggregated reporting — plus a native macOS menu-bar app for capturing work as it happens.
Structured onboarding and offboarding with a mandatory compliance checklist, evidence uploads, daily automated reminders until every outstanding task is complete, and an auditable record of every access change.
Your client organisations, contacts, addresses, and the full interaction log of calls, emails, meetings, and notes that gives every job its commercial context.
Multi-factor authentication, role-based access control, your branding across every surface, and a comprehensive audit trail — the foundation every other module builds on.
Import time entries from Harvest, export to Xero, and sync contacts from vCard and CSV files. Link is your integration layer — keeping Automatica in sync with the tools your clients already use.
Each client's data is completely separate. Multi-factor authentication is enforced, re-verification is required before destructive actions, and the platform is independently tested on every release.
On the roadmap
A lightweight agent on managed devices that surfaces support tickets directly to clients and reports hardware and software inventory back to the platform.
Site documentation, runbooks, and a per-client credential vault, so institutional knowledge lives in the platform rather than in someone's inbox.
Why Automatica
Every client's data is kept entirely separate — no cross-contamination of tickets, contacts, or time entries. Manage your entire book of business without ever worrying that one client's information bleeds into another's.
Your logo and colours across the interface and every transactional email, so the platform carries your identity to your clients, not ours.
Because work flows through Track, time and completion are captured as a by-product of doing the job, ready for billing and compliance without double entry.
Multi-factor authentication, single-use password resets, and re-verification before destructive actions — the security baseline your clients expect from a platform handling their data.
